When can I access the site?

The site can be accessed between 7:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Saturday and 9:00am – 9:00pm
Sundays, for the purposes of depositing, removing, substituting or inspecting their goods/assets. Access at any other time must be pre-arranged.

What can I store on site?

We provide storage solutions within our new watertight and ventilated 10′ and 20′ containers. We also provide storage for vehicles and caravans.

What can I store?

You are allowed to store most things with the exception of firearms, weapons, ammunition, explosives, chemicals, radioactive materials, toxic waste, asbestos, wet or damp items or any other material of a potentially dangerous nature; plants, birds, fish, animals, or any other living creatures; food or perishable goods; any item likely to produce a noxious odour; gas bottles, combustible or any inflammable substances, including engines, anywhere within the containers or on the site.

What security measures are in place?

The site is protected by Access Controlled gates, 24/7 CCTV. The site can only be accessed in between the published hours to protect yours and other persons belongings.

How and when do I pay?

The storage fee for a minimum period of storage (1 month) must be paid on signature of the contract and thereafter on each due date following. The Owner may change the fees at any time by providing The Customer with written or email notice and the new fees shall take effect on the first due date occurring not less than 1 month after the date of notice.
